You are far from perfect. You forget things, sometimes break your promises and often have no time to help others. You feel rushed, overextended and less than lovable. Truth be know, even worse than all of that, you are a sinner. Yes, you try hard and mean well but honestly, when you think about it you are, well, a mess.
Sure you may be a little rough around the edges and fall short of the glory of God, but God loves you none the less. As a follower of Jesus Christ, you need not be concerned about your short comings. When you proclaimed Jesus as your Lord and Savior you were transformed in God's eyes and are now considered blessed. See, you are not a mess but rather a blessed mess with the seal of Christ upon you. In fact, you are blessed beyond measure.
Blessed is the one whose sin the Lord does not count against them and in whose spirit is no deceit. Psalm 32:2
