Look at you! You are looking great. No it is not your new hair style or those few pounds you have been so diligent about losing. It has nothing to do with the clothes you are wearing or that brilliant smile. The reason you are looking so wonderful is that you have put on Christ. He has clothed you in humility and adorned you in grace. You are all aglow with the light of Jesus as he fills you up to the brim.
When you are clothed in Christ, you wear a one of a kind, Heavenly designed garment. The fabric is love. The trim and details are patience, peace and strength. You are accessorized from head to toe with kindness and joy. His designer label can not be purchased or inherited. You can only put on Christ by accepting him as your Savior and being rooted in a relationship with him. Yes, there are some that try to counterfeit and copy Jesus Christ, but there is no substitute that compares to the One and Only God of the Universe. No wonder why you are so incredible!
"So, chosen by God for this new life of love, dress in the wardrobe God picked out for you: compassion, kindness, humility, quiet strength, discipline. Be even-tempered, content with second place, quick to forgive an offense. Forgive as quickly and completely as the Master forgave you. And regardless of what else you put on, wear love. It’s your basic, all-purpose garment. Never be without it." Colossians 3:12-14
