Twinkling of an Eye

It's here! The last quarter of the year has arrived and it is by far the busiest time. The holidays cause quite a lot of activity. There is much to plan and prepare. Savor every moment because it will pass quickly. Even so, it will not be as fast as the raptor of the church. That, we are told, will occur in the twinkling of an eye.

How fast is a that? It is like now! An instant, immediate, which or course is very fast. Only God can accomplish such a feat. When He does it will be amazing, awesome, incredible and unlike anything ever experienced. Are you ready for the big event? Don't be caught off guard. It is easy to become distracted when you are busy with every day events, and of course, the busiest season of the year. Remember, God is the reason for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and he is also the reason for your yesterdays, today and tomorrow. Don't lose your focus on the Lord Jesus Christ. You are the apple of his eye and in his sight every minute of every day.

"...in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.
1 Corinthians 15:52
