Once in a while it surfaces; a craving for something that you just need to have. You try to ignore it but eventually you have to give in. You just need a taste to satisfy you. It may be a chocolate and vanilla swirl cone, a cup of cappuccino, a hot dog with all the trimmings, or a piece of home made cake with butter cream frosting (see below for the best ever butter cream frosting recipe. Cravings are often triggered by a scent, seasonal changes, or just some discussion about the thing you really enjoy eating most. Your taste buds are all ready, set, and taste. Just scrumptious!

The most awesome satisfier is not the taste of a food that you have been craving. The best satisfier is a taste of the goodness of the Lord Jesus Christ. He has a way of filling any void, quenching any thirst, and closing any gap. When you fill up on His Word, drink in His grace, and immerse your self in His glory you will discover a satisfaction, joy, and peace beyond understanding. You will be content no matter the circumstance. He holds the answer to every question, the response for every need, and the way through every storm. Taste and see! You will definitely be filled up like never before.

Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the man who takes refuge in him. Psalm 34:8
