America is home to approximately a thousand lighthouses.Brilliant, breath taking, and incredible. If you have ever had the chance to visit a lighthouse, you undoubtedly were impressed with its beauty and presence. Each one has its own unique character, structure, surroundings and is designed and created for greatness. All serve the same purpose; shining light in the darkness to provide navigation and to protect people from danger.
You have much in common with a lighthouse. You were designed and created for greatness too! With your own unique character and personality you shine the light of Christ into the world. You may find you are needed to shine light in places you never expected. It may be at work, home, school, the store, even at church. God has an amazing way of placing you exactly where He needs you to brighten the way, encourage others, or literally save a life. What a blessing you are! Keep shining even when there are challenges or circumstance that seem impossible. God will surely provide the strength and power you need to make a difference in a dark world.
