It's Father's Day! Dad's everywhere are being honored for their love, commitment, and the sacrifices they make for their children. What a wonderful way to pause and acknowledge these very special men. Their dedication and care often go unnoticed. Their importance grows as their children do, until one day when their children finally have the eyes to see exactly how important they are! We are blessed to have them in our lives and would not have our lives without them.
This day and every day also belongs to our Heavenly Father. He too goes unnoticed at times, as in our busyness we frequently forget to praise and honor Him for all He does for us. He loves us so much that He sent his Son Jesus Christ to die for us. Glory be to Him! Never take for granted the gift of eternal life He has provided to you. Remember His example of gentle love, compassion, strength, peace, wisdom and understanding as you walk with Him each day. Make your Heavenly dad proud as you honor Him with your life. We are the most blessed children in the world.
Thank you, Father, for being so awesome and amazing, and caring for us as only you can. We love you!!
