Christmas Presence

The holly is in place and the tree is aglow. The letters to Santa have reached the North Pole. The shopping is done and the table is set. Everyone is wondering just what they will get. Yes, it is Christmas and everyone knows, the season is better when there is snow.

So together with loved ones, we gather to see, the family celebrate under the tree. But it's not the presents we are most grateful for, it's the gift of the Savior and yes, so much more. For Christmas is not merely a season or day. It is the presence of Jesus in our lives to stay. Let's pause for a moment and with voices raised give praises to the our Lord on this His birthday.

Merry Christmas blessing to you and your family,

From The Daily Journey

On coming to the house, they saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him. Then they opened their treasures and presented him with gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh. Matthew 2:10-12
