God hears you. There is no need to shout or raise your voice. You can do that if it’s your style, but by all means, don’t think He can’t hear a whispered prayer. He can, and He does. He hears the cries of your heart and knows you better than you even know yourself. After all, He created you and knows every cell and fiber of your being.
God hears your prayers and praise. Mostly, He just loves hearing your voice because He loves you. You can tell him anything. Ask and you will get a reply, although you may need to be still to hear it. See God will whisper to you just as you may whisper prayers to him. His answer may surprise you. He will always respond in the way that best allows you to know and understand. He won’t be hasty or harsh. Rather God is measured and timely.
So, whisper or pray out loud. Either way, He knows the intent and your need. Truth is, even when you are too broken to pray with sound, He knows the prayers you pray in the Spirit. Remember, Jesus suffered and died for your sins. His resurrection proved that death was defeated. There isn’t a time or place where you can’t reach God. He’s got you, now, and always.
"I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in Me will live, even though he dies. And everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die." John 11:25-26
